Jealous Co-workers

What can I do about a co-worker who is jealous of me? She is underhanded and conniving at work. Should I confront her?

Jealousy is not something that needs to be addressed by anyone except the person who has it. You are not jealous so you can ignore it in other people. If someone acts jealously toward you, who cares? Just be nice back. A good rule of thumb is just be nice.

Everyone in the office can see when someone is jealous and conniving. You look more self-confident if you don’t let it bother you. That person has no power over you. It’s all psychological. And you control your own psychology.
