My husband and I are swingers, but I feel like I can’t even consider writing about it on my blog because it is so far from what is accepted in society.

I don’t think people see swinging as a life decision. They see it as a sex decision. And swinging solves sex problems. Like an open marriage — lots of Hollywood couples are pretty frank about their open marriage. So to me this sounds uninteresting outside of the porn industry.
I once wrote about a book that tells people how to do a threesome. I thought it was an interesting book because it seemed like people should have gotten their feelings hurt. But no one else liked the book because it was really just about how great threesomes are.
I think it’s really hard to be interesting writing about sex because sex that people are satisfied with is really really boring to read about. Sex that is nice sex is porn. Sex that is bad sex is a divorce blog.

Sex that is bad sex is also an autism blog. :)

Penelope has great insight. I was just going to say that it didn’t sound interesting to me.

This site (with blogs included) seems to get a lot of traffic. https://www.lifeontheswingset.com/
I have no connection with it, am just aware of it. It might be worth seeing what is already out there, how the communities seem (via comments) and learn a little more about that arena before deciding. With all due respect, I am not sure this is the best community to ask.
