    Call. You can do a better job of understanding where they can move on salary if you are listening to them talk. Email exchanges give you less of that type of information.

    Tell them you are thrilled to get the offer and youre excited to start working for them. This is important so they know that you want the job and it means more to you than just the money. People want to know that you like their job.
